For over four decades the Miami Museum of Science & Planetarium has educated and entertained visitors about the marvels of science and the Universe. Experience the cosmos within the Planetarium on a four-story projector, along with lasers, surround sound and SPITZ - a fascinating star projector capable of recreating the positions of stars and planets as viewed from the Earth. Learn about the Cassini-Huygens Mission to Saturn & Titan. See exciting new photos of Mars from the NASA's Rover Mission. Gander through the powerful Weintraub Observatory telescopes at other planets and far out galaxies. Peruse creatures indigenous to Florida such as gators, birds of prey, venomous insects, plants and reptiles at the Wildlife Center.

Situated right in the midst of the causeway, the Miami Seaquarium is a delight for the whole family. Popular shows and performances include: killer whales, dolphins, seals and Salty the sea lion and all his best pals. Exhibits feature exciting marine life such as manatees, sea turtles, and mysterious moray eels and much more. Let's not forget the dolphin swim. Visitors have the rare opportunity to hop into the water with dolphins, and pet, swim, and frolic with them!
